- We manufacture T5/T8 Housing for LED Batten and Tubelight with the best PC material.
- We manufacture the LED Drivers/Power Supply with high end specification. It has passed 4KV Surge/440V Input for 24 Hours/Efficiency>91%/PF>0.9/OVP among many other protection available. It should also pass endurance test of 20,000 counts.
- We use best quality components, all branded, so that the product exceeds the customer requirement for high lifetime. Hence, our products are good quality and we do not use cheap or duplicate components.
- We have inhouse Japanese pick and place machine, imported test instruments to check various test lots to make LED Strips. We use LED from Edison, Everlight, Cree, Bridgelux among others.
- QC forms important feature. We do aging check for 4 hours for all the products manufactured. Our product are tested under different voltage condition of 90V,110V,165V, 220V, 265V & 300V for different time period. We also do a limited endurance test. Our Aging Line is smart and Touch Screen PLC controlled.
- We help customer make packaging and ship the goods as per their requirement.
PC Mould to LED Housing
ServiceFaxon offers to help you to make Mould as per your design and drawing. In case you offer sample for your housing we can offer to make new drawing to mould, to setup trials and offer your production. We use special grade steel for mould for long life. To make your investment to minimum we even offer you minimum production quantity. We can make different shapes and sizes.
